Shipping policy

Hello! Thanks for viewing my shipping policy. Infinite Twist is a one-woman operation, and this means it (sometimes) takes me a few days to process orders.

- I ship weekly on Fridays, and other days as needed. If you're in a hurry, drop me an email and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.

- Unless you're also in Singapore, you're international! Fear not, I am great at filling out Customs forms. 

- I ship via DHL. Your order is fully trackable with their service, and will get to you 2 - 5 days after it's picked up by DHL.

- DHL tracking confirmation of delivery is considered proof of delivery.  I am not responsible for items stolen after delivery.

Due to the pandemic and its impact on flights, my shipping costs have gone WAY up. It now costs me $31 to get up to 500g (just above 1 pound) from Singapore to the U.S. Unfortunately, I can only absorb so much of this cost.

I am very much looking forward to the day when "emergency situation surcharges" are a thing of the past. For now, shipping rates are as follows:

• Orders under $50: $18
• Orders $50.01 - 99.99: $12
• Orders $100 - 149.99: $6
• Orders above $150: Free
